After Hong Kong, the Campus Hungary Programme represents Hungarian higher education in Jordan at the Second International Exhibition and Conference on Higher Education, where seven Hungarian higher education institutions are given the possibility to present their courses.
One of the most significant education fairs of the Middle-East is hosted by one of the biggest Jordanian universities, the University of Jordan in Amman. At the Second International Exhibition and Conference on Higher Education organized between 4 and 5 March 2015 the Campus Hungary Programme represents Hungarian higher education at a 24 m2 booth with active participation of higher education institutions.
The following institutions are represented at the fair:
- University of Applied Sciences, Budapest
- University of Debrecen
- University of Kaposvár
- Károly Róbert College
- Hungarian University of Fine Arts
- University of Pécs
- Szent István University
Apart from promoting Hungarian higher education, our participation at the fair in Jordan offers the possibility to present the scholarship programmes available for Jordanian youngsters, and to provide students gaining a Hungarian scholarship with detailed information. Besides the higher education institutions, professional organizations also contribute to the success of this mission: the organizer Balassi Institute, the Tempus Public Foundation and the Hungarian Rectors’ Conference take part at the event as well.
Visitors of the fair can participate in a Campus Hungary seminar on both days, where information about possibilities offered by Hungarian higher education will be in focus and questions will be answered.
